Short video where artist Kenneth Kenisman looks into the camera and invites the viewer to see up close one of his golden paintings that is standing in the corner of his art studio on a painter's easel. The painting on the easel is a stylized, artistic illustration of artist Kenneth Kenisman painted on canvas, featuring a profile silhouette of a woman's head and upper shoulders. The design is intricate, with swirling, ornate patterns filling the interior of the silhouette, resembling elaborate filigree or lacework. The silhouette is a deep purple color, contrasting sharply against a rich, golden background that covers the entire canvas. The woman's profile is elegant, with a smooth, continuous line defining her facial features and hair, which flows into the decorative patterns. The overall composition is symmetrical and balanced, with the swirling patterns extending outward, creating a sense of movement and fluidity. The artwork combines elements of traditional and modern design, resulting in a visually striking and harmonious piece.

Gazing from Within the Painting

“I made this painting a couple of years ago. I am really in love with this artwork. It stands in my art studio. Each time I enter my creative space, my eyes are drawn to her; to this beautiful female figure on the canvas.

She seems floating. Serene. Lost in thought. A dream within a dream.
She speaks so silently loud, with a warm, radiating presence.

Captured between time and space,
between hidden worlds and dimensions yet to be discovered,
between ancient legends and lore,
between the known and the unknown.

There she is: with just a couple of white strokes on a small square canvas, surrounded by gold paint she became visible. She came into our realm. A gate opened.

I don’t know if she can hear or see us. Or maybe she does.
It’s the same wonder as standing in front of the glass window of a big aquarium, gazing into the deep water. The question always occurs to me: Do these beautiful fish see us? Do they know we’re watching and observing them? And if so, how can they be so calmly and gently indifferent to us?

Yet there’s always this spark, a sacred moment, while staring through the glass: the feeling that a fish has connected with you, that you’ve both sensed each other’s presence. These are magical moments.

And isn’t that what we long for most? Not grand gestures, but those quiet, deep connections; where souls recognize each other without words. If you’re lucky enough to have someone like that in your life; a friend, a loved one who truly sees you; don’t wait. Call them. Send a message. Let them know they’re in your thoughts.
Because in a world that often feels distant, those threads of true connection are what keep us tender, awake, and alive.”
